Every year, Muslims around the world celebrate the Holy month of Ramadan. The holiday is well-known for a few things, including fasting, lanterns, and Eid al-Fitr,

The Bridge Ramada Ifta Chairperson Hafida Torres prepared the meal.

Ramadan is the holiest month of the Islamic calendar. Muslims believe that during this month the gates of Heaven are open and the doors to hell are closed. Muslims use the month of Ramadan to focus on their connection to God, reflect on their lives, and spend quality time with friends and family. Fasting during Ramadan is also one of the five pillars of Islam. Greetings and blessings were recited by Maria, the Yemenite teen superstar.
